Pixavego Website Privacy Policy

1.0 Introduction.
This privacy policy governs your use of the Pixavego website (“Service”) created by Cam & Sprocket, LLC for use on a computer or mobile device. The Service describes the Pixavego software application and provides support information.
2.0 Information Collection.
What information does the Service obtain and how is it used?
a) User Provided Information. The Service obtains a limited amount of information when you contact us through the Pixavego website. If you send an email to us, we retain your email address and all information you include in the email message, which might include your name, your address, your phone number, your IP address, your computer or mobile device operating system, your computer or mobile device type and identifier, and other identifying information. This information is used to contact you in response to your communication, for business analytical purposes, for product development and improvement, and to contact you in the future.
b) Automatically Collected Information. In addition, the Service may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of computer or mobile device you use, your computer or mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your computer or mobile device, your computer or mobile operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, your geographic information, and information about the frequency and use of the Service. This information is used for business analytical purposes, product development and improvement, and for aid in troubleshooting problems that might occur with the Service. This information is shared in accordance with Section 3.0, Third-Party Data Sharing.
3.0 Third-Party Data Sharing.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information to third parties:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights,to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request;
- who work on our behalf as trusted services providers, who do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement;
- if Cam & Sprocket, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information;
- to advertisers and third party advertising networks and analytics companies as described below under the Section 5.0, Automatic Data Collection and Advertising.
4.0 Do Not Track.
The Service does not respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals.
5.0 Cookies Policy.
This site uses cookies – small text files that are placed on your machine to help the site provide a better user experience. In general, cookies are used to retain user preferences, store information, and provide anonymized tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics. We do not currently share collected information with third-party advertisers.
7.0 Opt-Out of Data Collection.
You can stop collection of information by the Service by ceasing to use the Service.
8.0 Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information.
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Service and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 12 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data, i.e. data that you have provided via the Service, please contact us at support@pixavego.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Service to function properly.
9.0 Privacy of Children and Minors.
The Service is for use by adults 18 years of age or older. We do not use the Service to knowingly solicit data from or market to minors under the age of 18, including children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@pixavego.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
10.0 Security.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Service. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
11.0 Changes.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Material changes to our Privacy Policy will be posting online at <www.pixavego.com/privacy-policy> and updated within the Service. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
12.0 Your Consent.
By using the Service, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States.
If you reside outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States and processed and stored there in accordance with U.S. privacy laws and regulations. By using the Service and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the United States.
